Hotel Los Sibileys is noted for its superb food and drink. Steve & Debbie have a lifetime of experience as chefs and restauranteurs in the Uk and here in Spain, bringing their unique style to the superb local and seasonal ingredients of the Murcia región.

The flexible menus, tailored to suit each visiting client, range from simple quality produced dishes to complex indulgent classics; the choice is yours.  Upon prior request, cater for all dietary needs.

The desserts at Hotel Los Sibileys are made on the premises using recipes from the chef’s own version of popular dishes. The ingredients are sourced locally and they are proud in the knowledge that they support local traders.

The bar at Hotel Los Sibileys is well stocked offering the popular mixer drinks, a selection of different Gins, local beers from Murcia and for the non-alcohol drinkers a selection of juices, and zero-alcohol beer.

A selection of wines from the surrounding regions are also available for you to enjoy.
